Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Lic# PSY22243 (California) and #3107 (Oregon)

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in California and Oregon.  I work with children, youth, and adults across a range of mental health concern. I specialize in therapy with neurodivergent individuals, including autistic clients, ADHD clients, clients with learning differences, and others. I also provide parent coaching to caregivers looking for strategies to better understand and support their children. My style is warm and compassionate and my approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and tailored to the needs of the individual or family.

Adults

If you are feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed, let’s work together to create the life you deserve. In my practice, I create a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for you to reflect and try new approaches to improve your mental health. All communication and processing styles are welcome and accommodated. My approach is client-centered, so the amount of structure and direction (vs. unstructured processing) I provide in the session is determined by your needs and preferences. If this sounds like a helpful approach for you, please take the next step toward positive mental health and reach out through my contact form.

Children & Adolescents

I work with children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 to address a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, emotional dysregulation, acting out behaviors, peer relationships, and family transitions. The modalities I use are client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-informed.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching is typically short-term (4-10 sessions) skills-based parent support to reduce family conflict and increase family harmony and confident parenting.  It can be a stand-alone intervention or used in conjunction with child therapy.  My approach to parent coaching is a true collaboration: I bring expertise in evidence-based parenting and you bring expertise with your child, family, values, and goals. Together we develop a plan for your family that is effective, practical, and achievable.

FAQs & Fees

Q: What do your services cost? Do you accept insurance?

A: I currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Anthem

  • Regence

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Healthcare (UHC)

  • United Behavioral Health (UBH)

  • Optum

  • Oregon Health Plan

For clients without one of these insurance plans, sessions are 50 minutes long and cost $270. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit cards at this time.
